The founder of Monarch Investments, the father and grandfather of its current executives, was a man looking for a place that offered him a future. He found that place when he arrived in Sydney in 1955 on the ship Dominion Monarch. This liner was an icon of its time, as Monarch Investments is now an icon in its field.

Since its inception by Sidney Icklow over 56 years ago,Monarch has developed residential Estates in more than 42 suburbs of Sydney and in towns stretching from Nowra to Hervey Bay.

Monarch is currently developing and planning around 2,000 lots in NSW and Queensland.
