Peter is the CEO of The Monarch Investments Group of Companies and continues the business his father started in 1955.

To this day Monarch remains a family owned and run business.

Peter has over 40 years experience in the Real Estate industry and remains committed to maintaining exceptional value for money in affordable house and land products.

Since its inception the Monarch Investments Group has been involved in the development of over 6,000 lots in NS Wandisone of the largest private property development companies in Eastern Australia.

Alix is the third generation of the Icklow family to join the company.

Alix joined Monarch in 1996 while studying for her Arts Law degree at Sydney University, which she completed in 2000. Alix quickly gained in-depth knowledge of the broader business, becoming Director of Sales & Marketing in 2004.

In 2005 Alix completed her Masters of Commerce (Land Economics – Property Development) at the University of Western Sydney.

Kate is the Managing Director of Kate’s Kindy and together with Alix, is the third generation of the Icklow family involved in the Monarch Investments Group of Companies.

Kate completed her bachelor of Early Childhood Education with Honours at Macquarie University in 2001 and worked as a Kindergarten teacher for several years before joining Monarch. In 2005 Kate began working on her vision of establishing and managing a chain of state-of-the-art child care centres and Kate’s Kindy was born.

Andrew joined the Monarch Investments Group of Companies in 2006. Prior to joining Monarch, Andrew was the Product Manager for a clothing label, where he was responsible for sales, marketing, design and international supplier negotiations.

Andrew is responsible for marketing and sales on all Monarch projects.

After working alongside his father in their building business, Dax joined Monarch in 2006.

Dax began with the construction of the first Kate’s Kindy and now manages tendering, development and construction of Monarch’s projects.
